Erin Sayar, an English teacher at Brooklyn’s infamous James Madison High School, was arrested on charges including rape for her torrid affair with a 16-year-old student, law enforcement officials said.

Sayar, the mother of a baby girl, allegedly had sex more than a half a dozen times late last year with 11th grader [redacted], school investigators found ... “I would love to comment, but I have been told by several lawyers that I should not say anything,” said Sayar, whom investigators say exchanged nearly 4,000 texts with her student.

A damning report by the special schools investigator describes a passionate affair between the pair. In Facebook messages, [redacted] told the teacher “I love you so much” and “I always loved you, since last year.” Investigators also said the student was able to describe tattoos on intimate parts of the teacher’s body and said he’d had sex with Sayar in her SUV.

The relationship came to an end when the teen’s girlfriend hacked into his Facebook account, found the steamy messages and told school officials. In legal papers filed Wednesday by [redacted]’s parents in Brooklyn Supreme Court, Sayar is also accused of giving her student, now 17, pot that she kept in a school file cabinet.

And the duo exchanged an astounding 3,856 text messages over a 17-day period in December — an average of 227 per day, according to a report by school investigators.

Erin Sayar, 36, had both oral sex and intercourse with the 11th-grade student, including in her school office, alleges the teen's lawyer Bruce Baron, in a suit filed Wednesday in Brooklyn Supreme Court. Sayar even plied the teen with pot she kept hidden in a stash in her office filing cabinet, the suit claims.

The last time the two had sex was in January, according to Baron. That same month, Baron was removed from the classroom after the boy’s girlfriend went to school officials to report the alleged affair.

Sayar began tutoring the student twice a week. But the teen’s girlfriend grew suspicious after she saw the two flirting and hacked into the boy’s Facebook account. There she found messages exchanged between the two. The girl handed the messages over to school officials.

According to school investigators, Sayar and the student also exchanged more than 3,800 text messages in December, an average of 227 per day.

The teacher, Erin Sayar, an English teacher at James Madison High School, in the Midwood neighborhood, is accused of having sex with the boy at least eight times in the past school year, according to a report issued by Richard J. Condon, the special commissioner for investigation for the city’s schools. The Daily News reported on the case on Thursday. Sandy Silverstein, a spokesman for the Brooklyn district attorney’s office, said he expected charges to include third-degree rape and third-degree criminal sexual act, both felonies. A Horndog High teacher was indicted on statutory rape charges Wednesday in her steamy tryst with a 16-year-old student. Erin Sayar, 36, is facing eight counts of third-degree rape and a host of other sex abuse counts for allegedly bedding [redacted] last December in her car and her office at Brooklyn's James Madison High School — a longtime hotbed of sexual shenanigans. The married Park Slope mom faces seven years in prison on each rape count if convicted ... The student’s family also is pursuing a $10 million lawsuit against the city Education Department. “This is the only the first step in seeking justice,” its lawyer Bruce Baron said.
