Cafe Mom: Teacher Allegedly Burns Student With Cigarette While Drunk (Nov 15 2012) Bianca Vacek, 51, has been arrested and charged with aggravated child abuse, battery on a law-enforcement officer, and resisting arrest after a 12-year-old student accused her of drunkenly putting out a cigarette on the inside of his bottom lip. Let's hear it for Florida teachers, huh? The boy was inexplicably staying with Bianca and her husband, who happens to also be a teacher at Poinciana High School in Kissimmee, and a day or so after the dinnertime incident, the kid's mom saw burn marks on her son's nose and lips and called the cops. Bianca's husband Tom was also arrested for failing to report child abuse.
