Kelliher is accused of repeatedly touching a 10-year-old girl's back, thigh and buttocks, sometimes up to five times per day, according to the arrest warrant. Stafford Teacher Faces Sex Assault Charge A Stafford Elementary School teacher accused of inappropriately touching one student and shouting at another was arrested by state police Monday morning and charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor. Todd J. Kelliher, 53, of Reimers Road, Monson, Mass., was also charged with disorderly conduct, police said. The police investigation began in January after six students from Kelliher's fifth-grade class approached the school principal to report their teacher's behavior, according to the arrest warrant. Each student told the same story: that on Jan. 22 Kelliher shouted at a male student in the class about his grades, telling him to "kill himself," the warrant says. The students also reported that Kelliher repeatedly touched a female student in the class on her buttocks, thighs and back, the warrant says. Later, in a statement to police, one student said that the class noticed the touching and said it "got us pretty upset." The student said that when Kelliher yelled at the other student, "it was like the final straw," the warrant says.
