    San Francisco police officer accused of robbing bank

    A San Francisco police officer has been arrested and charged with robbing a bank in the city’s Sunset District, according to the U.S. Department of Justice. Rain Olson Daugherty, 44, of San Francisco, allegedly walked into the East West Bank on Nov. 29 and handed a teller a note that demanded money in $50 and $100 denominations.
