Aide in special education at Sunset faces sex charge Rolando Vasquez, 50, was arrested Friday night and has been charged with two counts of sexual assault. He is being held at the Dallas County jail with bail set at $50,000. Police say the teenager’s mother found out her daughter had been in an intimate relationship with Vasquez, a special education teacher’s assistant.
