Since Orange County Sheriff's Deputies first arrested Rack, two more victims came forward ... "Richard John Rack, 50, San Clemente, is charged for the sex crimes against Jane Doe No. 3 with five felony counts of lewd acts on a child and one felony count of oral copulation of a minor under 16," the D.A. release states. "If convicted of all felony counts, he faces a maximum sentence of six years and four months in state prison." Rack was first charged for two misdemeanor counts of child annoyance against Jane Doe No. 1 and Jane Doe No. 2. If convicted on these counts, he faces a maximum sentence of two years in jail, the DA states in the release. Following Rack's arrest in connection with Jane Does Nos. 1 and 2, investigators uncovered Rack's alleged sexual conduct with Jane Doe No. 3, the release states. A fourth girl claiming to be a victim of Rack stepped forward after his arrest, and a fifth called the Sheriff's Department reporting she, too, had been abused, according to the Orange County Register.
