A Clayton County high school teacher accused of having sex with a student went before a judge on Tuesday. Police say, Rene Chantel Frank, a teacher at Charles Drew High School in Riverdale, had sexual contact with the student from last March through May ... A detective working on the case told CBS Atlanta another child has made similar allegations.

Police said the teacher, Rene Frank, 27, also told them she is pregnant with twins and the 17-year-old student is the father ... According to police documents and an arrest warrant, Frank taught math at Charles Drew High School in Riverdale. Officers said the 17-year-old student told a teacher he was involved in a sexual relationship with Frank. That teacher told the principal and police were called.

Frank, of Riverdale, told police the student's father asked her to transport the boy to Charles Drew High School, according to an arrest warrant obtained by Channel 2 Action News. It was during those trips to school that the relationship between Frank and the student progressed, she told police. Frank admitted to police that she and the teen had sex inside her parked vehicle off-campus numerous times.
