GPS records show deputies responded to Arnold’s home, no official report filed

Channel 4 News has obtained new records that show exactly how long two Rutherford County deputies spent at the home of Sheriff Robert Arnold, even though no officials reports were filed. The Rutherford County Sheriff’s Department told Channel 4 there were no reports written, no dispatch records and no phone records of an alleged domestic incident that prompted two deputies to respond to Arnold’s home last week.
