    How would you answer the following question? At what age can a child be fined or imprisoned for their actions in Australia? [*]Any age, if she/he can differentiate right from wrong [*]ten years old [*]14 years old [*]16 years old [*]I don’t know Our survey found only 7.2% of teachers and 5.8% of students knew the right answer — that criminal sanctions could be imposed on a ten year old.
