Matthew L. LoMaglio, 36, of Irondequoit was charged with sexual conduct against a child in the second degree, a felony, for at least two alleged incidents between September 2006 and June 2007. He was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child. The alleged incidents occurred at a city school, said Assistant District Attorney Kyle Rossi. LoMaglio is still an employee of the school district and worked at School 19 during the period when the alleged incidents occurred, said Chip Partner, a district spokesperson.

He's charged with sexually abusing a boy under the age of 11. Investigators say the abuse happened at School No. 19 during the 2006-2007 school year.
