A magistrate’s report says the case was forwarded to GPD from a school resource officer who took the complaint from the victim who’s now in high school. The victim told the school resource officer that when she was in the 5th grade, Mark John Taisipic, whom she says she was close to, had sexually molested her inside of a classroom. The girl says she didn’t report the crime right away because she was afraid. But the girl told authorities that she was encouraged recently to report the incident after a sexual harassment lecture during health class brought back memories of what happened. Student accuses DOE staffer of sexual harassment on campus She was only in elementary school when she alleges she was touched by a man on campus. According to court documents, a health class lecture on sexual harassment prompted the alleged victim to report Mark John S.N. Taisipic for an incident that occurred in School Year 2008-2009. The girl alleges Taisipic and her were alone in a dark classroom. Man wants DOE job back after plea A former Guam Department of Education employee arrested on second-degree criminal sexual misconduct charges, and who later pleaded guilty to misdemeanors, has challenged his termination from the department based on a rule violation. The issue stems back to December 2014, when Mark John San Nicolas Taisipic, a teacher at the time, was arrested on allegations that he violated a student during the 2008-2009 school year.
