A South Carolina high school student has been charged after he reportedly went through his teacher's phone and posted a partly nude picture of her online. The photo of the teacher spread after the unidentified 16-year-old snatched Arthur's phone from her desk while she was in the hallway, she reported. Officials said the teen took photos of Arthur's picture with his phone, and saved them in a file that held other sexually explicit photos before he posted it online.
