Lafayette man charged with molesting girl, 13, at bus stop Josemaria Gonzalez sexually preyed on his 13-year-old victim at the bus stop before school, according to a probable cause affidavit filed Wednesday. Gonzalez, 19, of Lafayette, was an employee of Lafayette School Corp. starting in December, which was about the time he started meeting his victim at the bus stop, where he is accused of fondling her, as well as forcing her to fondle him, according to the probable cause affidavit ... Police learned of the allegation last week, and on Friday Gonzalez told police he had touched the girl's breasts and buttocks at the bus stop. New details surrounding the molestation charges against a Lafayette teacher’s assistant Lafayette police say JoseMaria Gonzalez met his victim at the bus stop and molested her over a course of several months ... According to the court documents, Gonzalez came to the girl’s bus stop before school on a regular basis starting in December of 2014. The documents also say Gonzalez fondled the teen and that he asked her to touch his privates. The girl said the touching was a regular thing at the bus stop until February of 2015 ... Gonzalez admitted to meeting the girl at the bus stop in the mornings and knew she was 13. Gonzalez also told investigators the two kissed at his house in Lafayette.
