Thanks for the update, here's the complete article (too short to get picky about "fair use"): A case against a former Dallas ISD teacher accused of having sex with a student after a senior prom was dismissed Friday. Jessica Guilbeaux faced a charge of having an improper relationship with a student, who was 18. Guilbeaux, then 31, was an English and reading teacher at Yvonne A. Ewell Townview Center at the time. The Dallas County district attorney’s office asked for the dismissal “due to the complete lack of cooperation of the complaining witness,” according to court records. Guilbeaux’s attorney, Michael Heiskell, said in an email Friday that the case, which had been pending over 2 1/2 years, caused Guilbeaux "much anguish and consternation." He said that his client is working to continue her career. She resigned from DISD in 2013 while under investigation. And so it goes ... Normally I would remove this from public view, but see below:
