A well-known community leader and activist in Jacksonville, Fla. is trending nationally following his arrest. Ben Frazier, president of Jacksonville's Northside Coalition — a local advocacy group that centers around social justice — was handcuffed by police Tuesday morning and escorted to a police vehicle following a confrontation inside the Duval County health department headquarters.
