According to investigators, Marvelli had sex with the teen at the Econo Lodge on Downyflake Lane in Allentown on May 28th ... "The victim is 17 years and 340 days old," [Marvelli's lawyer, Michael P. Quinn] said. "He told her he was 18."

A 39-year-old former William Allen High School teacher pleaded not guilty Thursday to a single charge of corruption of a minor. Gabrielle S. Marvelli of Quakertown appeared at a formal arraignment before Lehigh County Judge Maria Dantos and entered a plea of not guilty, according to court records. Marvelli was charged in June with corruption of a minor, according to court papers, for having sex with an Allen High School student. She is free on $10,000 unsecured bail.

she was with him weeks before but know one knows that when will the press tell the truth, she drove him home from school 3 weeks before she went to the hotel if this was the only time.....hey did anyone look into that because it has not been said in any paper..NEWS MEDIA GET THE TRUTH!!!!!! we need to protect our kids......
