    Reportedly teachers are a significant source of illegal drugs in Pakistan:

    The report prepared by a non-government organisation (NGO) stated that 44 to 53 percent students of large private schools in the federal capital are addicted to various kinds of drugs. The addicts are either provided intoxicants by their fellows or teachers, it added to the astonishment of committee members.


    Five drug dealers arrested in Islamabad

    A five-member drug dealer group was arrested by the federal police on Thursday, informs Anti-Narcotics Force. The ANF said that the group was involved in selling drugs to the students of private schools and colleges of the capital city, and on their arrest, as many as 200 packets of heroin were recovered from them. Up to 53 percent students of large private schools in Islamabad are addicted to drugs, a shocking report presented before Senate Standing Committee on Interior and Narcotics Control revealed on Wednesday, prompting summons to all officials concerned.
