    Parents protest racist bullying at elementary school

    A couple told the Elk Grove school board on May 21 that two of their African American children experienced racist harassment from students and a substitute teacher at an elementary school. One said that administrators at Edna Batey Elementary School did nothing to address the incidents that occurred this year.
