Philip Gould reported this week ... for incidents that allegedly occurred during the 2012-2013 school year. An investigation was initiated from a complaint by the parents of a 15-year-old female student at the school on Jenckes Hill Road, police said, and as a result, a second 15-year-old student then came forward.
