According to police reports, Hubbard-Wilson and the student talked about the fact that he could go to prison for their relationship and acknowledged that it was illegal. Former School Tennis Coach Accused of Inappropriate Relationship is Arrested Again A former tennis coach at Visitation School in Mendota Heights who was previously accused of having a sexual relationship with a student has been arrested again and charged for violating a no-contact order, St. Paul Police confirmed Thursday. Twenty-seven-year-old Daniel Hubbard-Wilson of St. Paul was charged with felony criminal sexual conduct earlier this month for allegedly having sex with a girl from November 2013 to September 2014. ... Since then, authorities say Hubbard-Wilson contacted the girl using social media and in person. The contact happened between Oct. 10 and Oct. 19. The girl told authorities she accepted a request to follow a person on Twitter using a TV character's screen name. She received a tweet directing her to a blog, and in the blog she recognized posts written by Hubbard Wilson. The two communicated back and forth on the blog. The two then arranged to meet in person near the girl's home. The criminal complaint says Hubbard-Wilson gave her an iPod, so the two could use it to communicate. They shared an email account and wrote drafts without sending the emails to communicate secretly. Authorities say the two met again on Oct. 19, and the girl says Hubbard-Wilson asked her to change her statement to police, denying the two had sexual contact before her 16th birthday. She told police she was initially going to go along with the plan but decided she cannot lie for Hubbard-Wilson. Former High School Tennis Coach Charged with Violating Restraining Order Again [Daniel Erik] Hubbard-Wilson is now facing charges for once again violating a no-contact order, according to the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office. Authorities say he was charged Oct. 10 for violating the same harassment order. According to the criminal complaint, the 17-year-old girl had been meeting with her counselor in Minneapolis on Nov. 26.
