Taylor Co. high school teacher's case of sexual battery

A Florida Statute states it is unlawful for sexual activity with a minor for a person over the age of 24. Teachers only have custodial authority during school hours, on school property, or during extracurricular activities. None of the sexual activity occurred within those times or places.

Bennett is now being charged with Contributing to the Delinquency of a Child due to evidence that she gave two students alcohol.
