    A Carbon County police chief and his friend have been arrested for raping the same young girl over a seven year span. The Pennsylvania Attorney General just announced the charges Wednesday. According to CBS Philadelphia, Weissport Police Chief Brent Getz and his friend Gregory Wagner committed the sexual assault. The victim apparently told a substitute teacher about how Wagner was sexually assaulting her in 2012. The teacher reproted it, but no charges were field.
