She grabs him and picks him up against the wall. Seconds later, she grabs him by the face and then by the shirt. His head flops back as she picks him up off the floor. Ian's parents are furious. On Tuesday, the teacher was suspended for 10 days.

In a video provided to WTOL in Toledo, Ohio, their son, Ian, was Riverdale School kindergartner is walking down the hallway on his way to the bathroom when it happens. The video shows his teacher, Barb Williams, confront him as he steps out of the bathroom. The couple's son, Ian, was grabbed and pinned up against the wall before she grabbed his face. Ohio Teacher, Barb Williams, Suspended After Allegedly Grabbing 6-Year-Old Student

After surveillance footage of the incident went public last week, administrators at Riverdale Local Schools suspended Barb Williams for 10 days without pay. In the video, Williams is seen pushing the boy up against a wall after he leaves the bathroom. She also grabs him by the face and shirt.

On Wednesday, a sheriff's deputy paid a visit to the boy's home before officially opening an investigation. The sheriff's office told media outlets they hope to finish their case by next week and plan to hand it over to the Hancock County prosecutor.​
