Amy Noles, a foreign language teacher accused of having a sexual relationship with a teenage male student, received a 12-month sentence, conditionally discharged for two years. Noles was arrested in November of last year after rumors of the alleged relationship surfaced. She was charged with sexual abuse, tampering with evidence and using an electronic device to procure sexual activity from a minor.
