Local 15 TV: 'Intense' Sexual Affair Described in Court Documents (Feb 28 2013)

Hall also claimed the boy told investigators his relationship with Gray "intensified" resulting in an exchange of oral sex between the two taking place, "near or at the victim's residence." In what may be an attempt to prove an effort to cover one's tracks, the boy also told investigators Gray "took several nude pictures and transmitted those pictures to one another via their cell phones through Snap Chat application." According to news reports, Snap Chat is a mobile phone application commonly used by teens to send inappropriate pictures because once the recipient opens the images they're automatically erased. The affidavit goes further pointing to a meeting between Gray and MGM Principal Wade Whitney and counselor Rachel Graham alleging Gray admitted deleting. "Alicia Gray [t]old Whitney and Graham that she had since deleted both her and <the teen's> messages and that she was able to delete <the teen's> messages because she had his password and login information. The statements were strong enough for investigators, A Mobile County District Court Judge on February 20 granted warrant to search Gray's home. The seized several flash drives, 2 digital cameras and a cell phone ... [six days after the search] Mobile County Circuit Court Judge Ben Brooks granted a prosecution request to photograph Gray from the waste down to "corroborate the report of <the teen> and aid in this investigation."
