Alejandra Acosta was arrested by plainclothes officers March 26 at 11:22 a.m. at the Champion Kinder International School on Sunnyvale Saratoga Road. Sunnyvale police received the report from Child Protective Services, according to Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety Capt. Dave Pitts. At this point, only one victim has been reported, and he or she was not associated with the preschool where Acosta was arrested.​
