The report says that in October 2010, after sending flirtatious text messages to one boy, Driscoll called him to her office where they engaged in inappropriate sexual activity and that in December 2010, another student engaged in an inappropriate relationship with the teacher in her office. The affair was uncovered by a girlfriend of one of the students involved with the teacher when she discovered a text message between the two. Upon being confronted, the girlfriend was offered money to keep quiet.

Guilty A Queens schoolteacher from Bay Shore was sentenced Friday to probation and required to register as a sex offender for having sexual relations with a 16-year-old male student at a hotel in Lynbrook last year.
