[Sean] Shaynak transported one 15-year-old girl, without permission, to a nude beach in New Jersey, where he plied her with vodka, tequila and whiskey until she passed out. The two exchanged 10,000 text messages in which the teacher asked the girl to participate in lesbian sex with another student. With another teenager, Shaynak had a four-month long sexual relationship, which allegedly included taking her to a gay sex club out of state and having her watch him be “serviced” by other men.

NYC teacher charged in sex crimes against 6 students

Sean Shaynak, 44, was in court Tuesday for allegedly sending a nude picture of himself to a 16-year-old female student, when police announced new charges against him. The 36 new counts include kidnapping and criminal sexual acts.

After Shaynak's August arrest, investigators seized three computers and two phones from the Brooklyn man's home, and discovered thousands of text messages, as well as hundreds of photographs and videos, allegedly tying him to other crimes. Prosecutors say Shaynak victimized six girls, ranging in age from 13 to 19, between 2011 and 2014.

Shaynak is accused of asking two girls to have sex with each other, taking a 15-year-old student to a nude beach in New Jersey without her parents' consent, sending explicit photos to four students, inappropriately touching and kissing other students, and gave alcohol and cigarettes to minors. Shaynak is also charged with reckless endangerment and menacing, for allegedly terrorizing a former student with whom he had a prior relationship, prosecutors said.

Brooklyn Teacher Charged with Having Sexual Relationships with Students for Years

The 44-year-old divorced father of a 9-year-old daughter is being accused of taking students to nude beaches and sex clubs, sending thousands of inappropriate text messages to a 15-year-old girl and carrying out a four-month sexual relationship with another teen. He is also accused of giving one female student high grades "regardless of the fact she did not do any assignments and left tests blank," prosecutor Joseph Mancino said to New York Daily News. His charges stem from inappropriate relationships he had with six girls, ages 13 to 19.

Later searches of [Sean] Shaynak's computer revealed an extensive library of pornography, including sexual acts between humans and animals.

A predatory teacher [Sean Shaynak] accused of loathsome sexual antics with a half-dozen students choked and battered an 11-year-old boy three years before city officials hired him. Victim Devonte Watson was astonished to learn his 2005 tormentor — behind bars Wednesday on charges of debauched behavior with the teenage girls — landed a job in any school. “How could this man ever become a teacher?” a stunned Watson, who lived across the street from the creep, told the Daily News. “It’s like him becoming a pediatrician. You shouldn’t have that right after you beat up a kid.”

He was hired in August 2008 despite a background check that turned up the arrest because there was no conviction in the case, officials said. The court document was revealed during a fingerprint check. A Maryland restraining order charged the 6-foot-5, 220-pound Shaynak choked Watson from behind, tossed the much smaller boy to the ground and repeatedly punched the child in his head and face.
