Anderson, 55, was taken into custody outside a Louisville restaurant, according to a Louisville Metro Police citation, and charged with sodomy, attempted sodomy and sexual abuse. According to the citation, the alleged victim — now an adult — claimed Anderson sexually abused him beginning when he was 11 years old. The abuse continued until he was approximately 14, according to the citation. “The (alleged) victim disclosed oral sex, forceful attempted anal sodomy and sexual touching,” according to the citation. Anderson Jr., 56, was arrested Friday afternoon on charges of sodomy, attempted sodomy and sexual abuse, said Dwight Mitchell, a police spokesman. Former teacher accused of abuse arrested again According to the Pulaski County Jail website, Dale Anderson was arrested Sunday on charges of second-degree sodomy, first-degree sodomy and first-degree sexual abuse. Anderson, who now lives in Somerset, was arrested last month in Louisville and accused of abusing a student between the ages of 11 and 14 sometime between 1981 and 1993. At the time, he was a teacher at St. Raphael and a football coach for Trinity. In Jefferson County, Anderson is charged with first-degree sodomy, first-degree sexual abuse and attempted sodomy.
