    Ex-corrections officer arrested for threatening judge charged for dumping debris


    A former corrections officer has been charged for dumping construction debris that has plagued a northside Columbus neighborhood. The man was already behind bars for threatening a Delaware County judge. David Howson, 22, was already charged with 28 counts, including telecommunications harassment, stalking, identity theft, and more for threatening the judge. Now authorities are adding littering and disorderly conduct. ABC 6/FOX 28 first reported the dumping in mid-March after neighbors complained of cleaning up buckets of the sharp items.
