They say there are "more eyes on the problem." Accusations have lead to the several arrests, including Brendon Parsley, a former guidance counselor of two decades in Nelson County, David George, a former elementary school principal in West Fargo, and the former superintendent of Midkota Public School Ryan Baron During the most recent legislative session, which was last year, lawmakers passed legislation that now requires anyone with a teaching license, public or private, to go through a mandated, hour-long course on reporter training.
