Michael Davane Parsons is accused of showing an obscene photo on his cell phone to a 19-year-old female in an in-school suspension class he was overseeing Feb. 13 at the Shreveport school, Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator says.

"When we searched his phone we found photo that he said he saved in his phone and that the photos were of his genitals," says Det. Jarrod Marshall.
