The Greeley mother arrested for an alleged sex assault against her daughter's 14-year-old friend was sent back to jail after a second victim came forward. Greeley Police say Freeman, 38, was re-arrested Thursday evening on sexual assault charges. She was handcuffed shortly after she bonded out of the Weld County Jail on the original complaint. Freeman is a volunteer at a Greeley charter school. She was originally arrested for allegedly performing a sex act on a 14-year-old boy back in April 2012. The incident was not reported until June 10, 2012. According to the arrest affidavit, the first victim says he was visiting Freeman at home when the assault happened. He claims he was over at Freeman's home with a friend watching a movie when Freeman allegedly told that friend to take the dog outside. When the friend took the dog outside, Freeman allegedly grabbed the victim and told him "come with me," the arrest affidavit says. The victim says Freeman took him upstairs, went into a closet, locked the door, kissed him, removed his pants and then performed oral sex on him. After the encounter, he says Freeman warned him to not tell anyone. The affidavit says she allegedly told him that telling people would "mess up" his baseball career and would lead to Freeman losing her children to Social Services. The victim claimed Freeman told him that "if he had any thoughts about what just happened, or anything about the incident began to bother him, he should call her and she would talk him through it." According to the arrest affidavit, Freeman repeatedly asked the victim to keep quiet.

Police in Greeley have arrested a school volunteer suspected of sexual assault on a child. Lynne Freeman was arrested on Wednesday. She has been a parent volunteer at University Schools in Greeley. The victim is a teenage boy and is not a student in Freeman’s classes. The reported incident occurred on or about April 10 but was not reported to police until June 10 when the victim disclosed the alleged assault to his parents. His parents then contacted police. The victim told police he had been visiting at the Freeman home when the assault occurred. The victim said Freeman took him upstairs to a bedroom and went into a closet and locked the door. That’s when Freeman allegedly began kissing him, removed his pants and performed oral sex on him. She then allegedly told him to go back downstairs and told him not to tell anyone

Lynn Freeman, a 38-year-old mother and parent volunteer at University Schools, was arrested Wednesday for the alleged sexual assault of a 14-year-old teenage boy -- a friend to her own daughter -- in her home. The teenager's parents reported the alleged abuse to Greeley police on June 10 saying that it took place on April 10, but the boy did not tell his parents about it until two months later, according to KDVR. According to the arrest affidavit, the teenage boy claims he was over at Freeman's home with a friend watching a movie when Freeman told the victim's friend to take the dog outside, 9News reports. When the friend was gone, Freeman allegedly grabbed the teenage victim and told him, "come with me." The victim says that then Freeman took him upstairs into a bedroom, went into a closet with him, locked the door, began kissing him and then removed his pants and performed oral sex on him. After the alleged sexual assault took place, the victim claims that Freeman warned him repeatedly to never tell anyone about what had just happened. According to the arrest affidavit, Freeman told the boy that if he told anyone about the incident it could "mess up" his baseball career and could lead to Freeman losing her children to Social Services. The victim also claimed that she told him to talk to her alone about the incident if it "began to bother him." ... On Thursday, Freeman was re-arrested when a second victim came forward to police, 9News reports. Her bond for the original charge was set at $25,000, but Greeley police are still investigating the case.

A woman has been charged with having sex with two teenage boys in various locations. Lynne Freeman, 38, of Greeley, Colorado was arrested on Thursday for the second time when a 16-year-old told police he had sex with the mother of two after she was originally arrested earlier this month for performing oral sex on a 14-year-old boy. The woman, who has two daughters ages seven and 13, has been charged with unlawful sexual contact.

In the new charges, the 16-year-old boy said he had sex with Freeman twice - once at a park and another time in her basement. He told police that Freeman's older daughter had walked in on her mother and boy during the act. She is being held on bond. Police will not let her have contact with her daughters.
