West Springfield High School teacher charged with soliciting student A Fairfax County high school teacher was arrested Thursday on charges that he solicited a 14-year-old student. Laurence Einuis, 53, allegedly used an electronic device to conduct an inappropriate conversation with the teenage boy. “The 14-year-old did the right thing and immediately reported this wasn’t right,” said Eddy Azcarate, a police spokesman. Azarate did not provide any details about the electronic device.
