New York Daily News: Music teacher made girl, 17, strip naked during singing lessons: lawsuit (May 30 2013) A Washington state music teacher convinced a teenage student to strip naked and touch herself, saying it would improve her vocal range, a recently filed lawsuit claims. Kevin Gausepohl, 38, allegedly told the 17-year-old that her vocal ability would dramatically improve if she followed his perverted instructions. He is also accused of masturbating during one session while she played piano. Gausepohl was arrested over the sexual manipulation of the girl at Tacoma Community College in 2011. He eventually appeared in Tacoma Municipal Court, charged with seven misdemeanor counts of communicating with a minor for immoral purposes. But he reached a plea deal with prosecutors, who agreed to drop the allegations if he kept out of trouble for 12 months. He kept his side of the bargain, and prosecutors dismissed the case earlier this month, The Bellingham Herald reported.
