Police said Andrews went to the Walgreens expecting to meet a teen boy that he met online. But instead of the teen, officers with the department's Special Investigations Bureau were there to arrest him.

Highland Ave., according to a news release from the Jackson Police Department. Instead of Andrews meeting the teen, he met Jackson police investigators, who arrested him when he arrived about 2:45 p.m. Andrews was booked into the Madison County Jail.
