Examiner: Special needs teacher's aide charged with molesting student (May 16 2013) Juan Gutierrez has been a special needs teacher's aide at the Leuzinger High School for over 20 years. On May 14 Huffington Post reports that that is all over now as Gutierrez has been charged with three counts of molesting a child when he was caught by students and on surveillance camera molesting a special needs 16-year-old through her clothes at least three times. The girl that was enrolled in special education classes at the high school is said to have the mental capacity of an elementary school child. Students reported to officials that, on Friday, they saw Gutierrez take his charge down a hallway and touch her inappropriately through her clothing. He was arrested at his home later that same night.
