Background: Bruni Case Teacher and Minor Involved in Sexual Relations 19 Mar 2013 According to the affidavit, [Oscar] Oscar’s older brother and his mother arrived at their home February 20th and found Oscar hanging from the shower curtain rod. The affidavit states that Oscars mother told investigators that night, that he had a picture of a naked teacher [Fallon Cremar] on his cell phone. The mother says she had discovered the photo two weeks prior to his death. The affidavit also states that a friend told investigators that Oscar had a sexual relationship with the teacher and that Oscar showed cell phone pictures of the teacher; one of the pictures she was in her underwear and bra, another with her baby, the other holding a rifle while in her underwear and one completely nude. It was 2 days before the incident on February 18th that a school coach caught Oscar and the teacher together in a classroom alone and were hugging. Background: Autopsy report confirms Bruni High student's suicide 16 Apr 2013 A Bruni High School student died by suicide a day after the district suspended a teacher he was found hugging, the Webb County Medical Examiner’s office has confirmed. “This 16-year-old Hispanic male, Oscar Ernesto Ramos, died from asphyxiation due to hanging,” Dr. Corinne Stern, chief medical examiner, states in her report. Background: Former Bruni High School Teacher Receives Child Porn Charges 8 May 2014 Fallon Cremar had turned herself in to Webb County Sheriff's Office in Laredo Wednesday. She was charged with three counts of possession of child pornography and two other misdemeanors. Her bond was set at $245,000. In February of 2013, the 16-year old Bruni High School student that Cremar reportedly had a relationship committed suicide by hanging himself. GUILTY Apr 13, 2015 Former Bruni teacher pleads guilty in court case LAREDO, TEXAS (KGNS) - Former Bruni teacher Fallon Cremar pled guilty before a district judge in 406th District Court Monday morning. The trial involves her alleged relationship with former student Oscar Cruz, 16. Cremar was charged with three counts of possession of child pornography and two counts of distributing or displaying harmful material to a minor. Cruz took his own life.
