East Point jailer fired, arrested after allegedly having sex with inmate

An East Point jail guard was fired and arrested after being accused of having sex with an inmate, authorities said. Dallis Cash, of Fairburn, remains in the Fulton County Jail without bond on two felony counts of sexual assault by a person with supervisory authority, jail records show. East Point police told Channel 2 Action News the city learned of the allegations against Cash on December 14, and he was fired later that day after both he and the victim allegedly admitted to having sex.
