Ex-teacher who raped student back in custody

Cara Dickey, the former South Buffalo Charter School teacher convicted of raping a student, is back in custody. On Monday, she was taken back to the Erie County Holding Center on a parole violation. But 7 Eyewitness News has learned she was transported to the Albion Correctional Facility. In an email to our newsroom from the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision saying Dickey "violated one of the conditions of her parole."
