Ex-California cop charged in on-duty sexual assaults of two women

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a former Riverside County sheriff’s deputy who is accused of encouraging two women to sexually stimulate themselves in the back of his patrol car while he was on duty. One of the incidents is alleged to have occurred in June 2020. It was unclear when the other is alleged to have happened. Michael Dean, 57, of Norco, has been charged with two counts of unlawful bodily injury via sexual penetration with a foreign object and one count of sexual penetration with a foreign object.
