We're hearing from a young man who says he fathered two children with his high school teacher. He says they became intimate when he was 15 years old and now, she's filed a protective order against him. It's a relationship that the former student says began illegally and now that young man is coming forward with his story in an effort to keep the right to see his children.

Anne Lynn Montgomery walked into a protective order hearing on Monday, and the father of two her of children, Bradman Moore followed. Their relationship has been taboo from the start.

ABC News Radio Online said:

Moore said that they started having sex in 2006, and had their first daughter about a year after that. Another daughter soon followed, he said, adding that he transferred to another high school, moved in with Montgomery and helped raise the children.
But Montgomery filed a protective order against Moore on behalf of herself and her children, claiming that Moore physically abused her. The two were in court on Monday.
He has denied the allegations, but the restraining order was granted.

"It's an amazing feeling," he said of the judge's decision to allow him to see his daughters. "The children are my only concern, that is my concern, they are my children." He told KTRK that he came forward with his story out of fear that he wouldn't be able to see his children, but now Houston police are investigating the relationship. Investigators took DNA samples from Moore and have begun a statutory rape investigation.

According to court documents, she met the victim, Bradman Moore, while she was the color guard instructor at Sharpstown High School in 2005. Moore, who was 15 at the time, was a member of the marching band. Moore told investigators that he fathered a daughter with Montgomery in 2007, when the two had sex in the back seat of Montgomery’s car, while parked at his mother’s apartment complex. Police said Moore and Montgomery moved in together, and he transferred to Bellaire High School in 2007. Around the same time, Montgomery also left Sharpstown to teach dance for Bellaire students. Moore told investigators he fathered a second daughter with Montgomery when he was 18.
