When officers arrived they observed a silver 2010, GMC truck backed into a parking spot. The windows of the truck were so dark the officers could not see inside. They asked the driver to roll down the window. When one of the officers reached the driver’s side door, he observed a male completely nude. The driver was identified as Timothy Guilfoy, 36. Also inside the truck was an underage female. When asked what they were doing, Guilfoy told the officer they were having sex. Guilfoy also told officers he was a teacher at Greenwood High School and that the female inside the truck was one of his students. Police identified the girl as a 17-year-old.

Coming out of a Colts game, he says Guilfoy and other teachers made an obscene gesture to him and other students.Another ex-student says he had a tougher time. "I am a nurse and the reason I am a nurse is actually because of him," said 2012 graduate Daniel Wagner. Wagner says he wanted to prove to Guilfoy and others who bullied him that he could succeed. "He was referring to me in a negative way," Daniel said of the teacher, "saying I was a bad student and he didn't need a person like me in the school. I got extremely upset. I got depressed." Officers found Guilfoy's truck parked in the 8800 block of South Madison Avenue, just north of County Line Road, and asked him to roll down the window. Guilfoy was naked, and when asked what he and the girl were doing, Guilfoy told the officers they were having sex, the report said. He also told the officers he was a teacher and the girl was one of his students, the report said.
