Tiffany Michelle Amos, 25, was a substitute teacher at Westfield High School in Houston, allegedly knew that the boy was underage. She even had his birthdate – a date in March, 1995 – stored in her phone. Amos allegedly sent the student nude pictures of herself. Court records say that she and the student had sex at her Houston home several times, but waited the night of his 17th birthday

Tiffany Michelle Amos, 25, was working as a substitute teacher at Westfield High School in March when she met a 16-year-old boy and exchanged cell phone numbers with him, court documents state. The teen told Spring ISD police that they had communicated by phone calls and text messages when Amos reportedly sent him nude photos of herself. According to court documents, Amos admitted to an officer that she sent the nude photos when she knew the boy was just 16 years old. She also stated that she had sex with the boy at her apartment on his 17th birthday and a few times after that. The officer reportedly found nude photos of Amos during a search of her cell phone.

She had his birth date – March 30, 1995 – in her phone, according to records. On the student's 17th birthday and a few times after that, the two had sexual intercourse at her Houston apartment, records state.

Former substitute teacher Tiffany Michelle Amos (pictured) was arrested and charged with the online solicitation of a minor, when she admitted to police, she was well aware, that the student whom she was engaging in a sexual relationship with was a 16-year-old minor ... The 25-year-old woman got a job as a substitute teacher at the Westfield High School in Houston back in March. When she reportedly encountered the teen, they exchanged cell phone numbers and began communicating via calls and text messages. Court documents state that Amos knew the boy was 16 when she sent him the nude photos of herself via texts. Amos also came clean and admitted that she and the youth had consensual sex on his 17th birthday and a few times after that as well.
