WCSH 6: Lincoln Ed Tech charged with having sex with a 15 year old student (Aug 29 2013) According to police, the sexual relationship was uncovered while they were investigating a burglary case involving the 15 year old boy and [Tammy] Larlee. Police chief Daniel Summers with Lincoln police said, "She [Larlee] was driving them around, but obviously there was some concern by the officers about why is this woman hanging around such young people especially this individual. It raised suspicion with the investigators who thought you know maybe we ought to press this a little bit further." During police questioning, the 15 year old admitted he did have sex with Larlee at least four times this past summer. Detectives than questioned the special ed tech where they said she also admitted to having sexual relations with him. According to detectives, administrators at the school had suspicions about the relationship between the two. Interim Superintendant Ray Freve with RSU 67 said the school did have suspicions and conducted an internal investigation.
