Soucheray: Those Harding teachers were brave to tell us the truth We now know what many teachers suspected all along, that Harding High School in St. Paul is run like a Salvadoran prison. Teachers tried to sound an alarm but got no response from their superiors. Undisciplined, misbehaved and incorrigible kids roam the hallways. They can’t even be called students. They don’t attend classes but make life miserable for those who do. Students don’t feel safe. A student was stabbed to death last month.
