Shelley St.Pierre Dufresne & Rachel Alyse Respess, Destrehan, Louisiana (suspended Sept 2014)

So it looks like Shelley Dufresne copped a plea to a reduced charge of "obscenity", which still stands.

Did Rachel Respass plead to anything or is she completely off the hook?

This wouldn't matter in most states, where police & court jurisdiction can extend throughout the state. Louisiana must be a bit parochial (pardon the pun).

 

From what I read the charges against Respass were dropped due to the lack of investigation that resulted in Shelley's acquittal. Pretty much of a waste of taxpayers money and off go the former teachers.
