    Latesha Evans’ son had a tough time in sixth grade last year, missing about 80 days of school because of suspensions. After she decided not to send him back to Buffalo Public Schools in June because she felt he was being targeted, he got suspended again. One Buffalo father said his 6-year-old autistic son was suspended for 45 days twice last year, for hitting and kicking two teachers.
