    The family of a teen accused of threatening to commit a mass shooting at a Fort Myers school said he was framed. Lee County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Michael Cook on Monday and charged him with sending a written threat to commit a mass shooting at Three Oaks Middle School. The sheriff’s office said they made that arrest because the email came from his account.     Family says Lee County sixth-grader with autism didn’t write email threat

    A sixth-grader will not have charges filed against him after he was arrested and accused of making threats. The attorney for the student says he has autism and says he didn’t understand what he had done wrong. A Three Oaks Middle School teacher recently found a threatening email sent by one of her students, who wrote that he would bring a gun to school and harm other students.
