[Jason] Young was arrested early Sunday morning by Oktibbeha County deputies on charges of DUI-second, assaulting a law officer, fleeing from a law officer, malicious mischief, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Sheriff's officials say deputies had stopped Young and he became involved in a struggle with one of them. They says Young managed to get back in his vehicle and deputies followed him to his home and arrested him. The assault and fleeing charge are felonies ... School officials say it is the second time he has been arrested for DUI since going to work for the school district.
